  Processing Time
  All items are made to order. Orders are sent to production within 2–5 business days of purchase.

  Delivery Estimates
  Once shipped, typical delivery times are:

  These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays due to carriers, customs, or high-demand periods are outside our
  control.

  Tracking
  You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Use it to follow your package directly with the
  carrier.

  Customs & Duties (International Orders)
  International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges  are the buyer's responsibility. We are not able to predict or cover these costs.

  Lost or Undelivered Packages
  If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, contact us within 7 days. If your order is
  stuck in transit with no movement for 15+ business days (US) or 30+ business days (international), contact us and
  we'll investigate.

  Address Accuracy
  You are responsible for entering a correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute orders once they are in
  production or in transit.
